Fairway Woods Area Homes Association
- $920 Annual HOA Dues:
- All Fairway Woods Custom Homes, Villas, and Villa North homeowners (May be paid in 2 separate installments, $460 due by January 31st and $460 due by March 31st)
Villas of Fairway Woods Homes Association
- $920 Annual HOA Dues
- $162 Monthly Maintenance (due 1st day of the month, late if not paid by EOM)
Villas of Fairway Woods North Homes Association
- $920 Annual HOA Dues
- $231 Monthly Maintenance (due first day of the month, late if not paid by EOM)
Late Fee /Lien Fees:
- Late Fees - 10% per annum
- Lien Fees - $50 per HOA documents plus $150 management company fee
Transfer Fee (upon sale of a home):
- $125 charged to the buyer
